How to order your portrait

To order a portrait, simply e-mail a large file, high quality photograph, and if possible send a few photos as this

will be helpful for me to capture the personality and character to create a detailed portrait for you.

Please read our "Picture Material" page.

Also, you are most welcome to let me know of any special requirements, size and medium you wish for your portrait.

After receiving your information I will send you a conformation and/or any pre-drawings (if needed).

You can also mail your photos to me, together with our provided order form.

A deposit for the artwork can be made with our provided PAYPAL Button (credit card).

We accept payments with PayPal, Money Order or Check

On our our online-store you will be able to use our provided payment buttons.

PayPal is accepting most major credit cards.

If you prefer to be billed through PayPal, your invoice will come directly from PayPal allowing you to use

your credit card without having to provide that information to us directly.

When you place your order we do require a $ 50.00 as deposit, balance will be due when you project is finished.

How to order

Step 1. Send us your request, info, size, background etc.

Step 2. We will confirm your order and answer any open questions.

Step 3. Please make your deposit.

Step 4. As soon as we received all your detailed information we will start painting or drawing

your custom portrait.

Step 5. When the art work is finished we will send you via e-mail or mail a digital picture.

Step 6. Please make your final payment and we will send you the original artwork.

Terms & Conditions

1. A minimum deposit of 50.- USD is required with your order. The balance is due on completion of the artwork.
2. Please allow 2-6 weeks for the delivery of your portrait.

3. We always will keep you informed on the progress of your order.
4. Before sending the final portrait you will receive a digital photograph for your approval.

5. After we have received your full payment we will send you the original portrait (we ship world wide)

6. For any additional person or animal we charge an extra fee of 60.- USD
7. We are not be liable for delays in completion of work or any delays of delivery through the carrier due to

reasons beyond our control
8. All work on this site is copyright and may not be reproduced in any form without written permission of the artist.

Return Policy

We want every Ml Mural Art - Heraldry Art customer to be delighted with their purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with

your purchase , but in the event that you are not, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to arrange for a return.

All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and are non-refundable

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. All custom order sales are final.
